Comprehensive 12-Point Annual Boiler Health Check (From £75)
An annual boiler service isn't just a quick look over the casing. At LH Gas Services, Lewis carries out a full manufacturer-compliant 12-point strip down and diagnostics check using a calibrated digital Kane Flue Gas Analyzer to measure CO/CO2 combustion ratios and ensure zero lethal carbon monoxide leakage.
What Our 12-Point Boiler Service Covers:
- Flue Gas Combustion Analysis: Measures burner efficiency, oxygen levels, and carbon monoxide (CO) safety.
- Heat Exchanger & Burner Cleaning: Removes corrosive carbon debris and soot build-up.
- Internal Seals & Casing Gaskets: Verifies airtight integrity to prevent combustion gas escape.
- Expansion Vessel Re-pressurisation: Restores factory air charge to eliminate recurrent pressure drops.
- Gas Tightness Test: Tests whole-house gas supply from meter to appliance for micro-leaks.
- Official Gas Safe Checklist Record: Keeps manufacturer warranties fully compliant.
